Again breaking down increments into Milestones and Tasks are considered to be a fundamental issue in Project Management.

Re: How do you run your life?

"how significant can you be within our community if we choose not to challenge what shapes us & eventually either changing or validating these believes?"

People don't believe they follow, a blog I'm planning to write soon, it takes a lone wolf to make a difference in the society, you had to step away from people to make anything "different" from what they do or believe in.

Re: How do you run your life?

Great article, the cause of this article I would like to assume as you indicated "quite time" or what you called "me time". Having a regular "quite time" during your week, month, and year is a necessity to rethink things, reorganize priorities and get back with a clear vision of where you’re standing and where you’re heading. Unfortunately in a busy world we put more emphasis on doing & forget assessing, thinking, and strategizing. This leads to a lack of vision on where you are going, what you have accomplished, how you can learn from that and benefit from it.
Understanding what controls our decision-making and influences “how” we approach running our life; is important. In the meantime without assessing & as you stated questioning or challenging it; with an eye for development we would remain stagnant in our development as human beings & entrepreneurs. Challenging belief, purpose, faith, and etc. which shapes our character is not always a preferred approach as it might be painful, lengthy & even just plain challenging of who you know yourself to be. Should we want greatness or significance, we need to let go of certain things we do or believe in our lives, what these things are will only be known when we challenge the believes we are holding on to. That being said, how significant can you be within our community if we choose not to challenge what shapes us & eventually either changing or validating these believes?

Re: Embrace your Entrepreneurial Spirit

Thanks so much for your kind words.
The problem is a lot of us grew up around the idea of a job as just the route to financial and prestigious success. A lot of people keep on pursuing that dream their entire life, either we never achieve it, or each time we climb the ladder we believe we didn’t climb high enough simply because we are unfulfilled. What we don't understand is that our purpose drives everything else: what we do, how we do it, and for whom we work. It gives us a reason to get out of bed every morning and gives direction to our days. A direction that is not limited and not constrained, and that purpose is what I believe is the entrepreneurial spirit in each one of us that allows us to dream. That is what every entrepreneur needs, weather as you nicely stated an entrepreneur in the black and white terms as we know or in spirit. Dreaming and finding your purpose will cause you to fail stumble but as you nicely stated that is part of the journey and that is part of how you know this is your purpose and your dream. Great article on the Entrepreneurship Spirit

Re: Managing, can it bring entrepreneurial satisfaction?

@Amgad_Kaldas@ToffyElShafei@Egypreneur@AmrElGabry I really believe that the problem we have is in the definition of Management. If our entrepreneurial satisfaction from the work environment and management are different, which in a lot of cases are, isn't there something wrong with that? Think of it what is management?
